Hello Hill Country Landowner:

I hope all is well and you are having a great start to the New Year.  I wanted to take a minute to remind you that if you are still considering filing for a Wildlife Management Tax valuation(Exemption), the April 30th deadline will be here sooner than we think.

In the next couple of months, Plateau will write and file nearly 100 wildlife management plans for folks in Central Texas.  After the end of February we often end up in a position where we begin to reach our capacity.  This is a good thing for us and something we are all accustomed to, but there is a limit to how many of these plans we can do before the deadline.

If you are seriously considering making the move to Wildlife Management for your property, now is the best time to contact us to get started.  We are not quite into the busiest part of the plan season and there is still time to get in ahead of the rush.  By signing up now, you are guaranteed that we will be able to complete your plan and file your applications prior to the deadline.

For more information on Plateau's Wildlife Management Plans please visit our website:

Our Standard Prices are as follows:

Under 30 acres = $1750

31-100 acres = $1995

101-200 acres = $2295

201+ acres = $2295 plus $1 for every acre

Plan prices will increase by $500 after March 31st.

We're about to begin our 2014 Wildlife Management seminar series and may be in your area soon.  Check the website here for upcoming dates.  Check back periodically as we are adding dates all the time.

Show up and we'll answer your questions in person.  Or, call us and we'll come to you.

Are you still uncertain if Wildlife Management is right for you and your property?  Don't miss out, call or email us with your questions.
